Communication with Shareholders and Stakeholders
The Company has a dedicated Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Department which meets key institutional investors and analysts on a regular
basis, as well as answers queries from shareholders. The Board has endorsed the Investor Relations policy which aims to enforce IHH’s commitment to maintain
effective communications to the shareholders and stakeholders by updating them of material developments and providing a guideline of processes and procedures
upon which IHH can successfully implement its Investor Relations programme. Separate media and analysts briefings are also conducted during the release of the
Group’s quarterly results.
