In the opinion of the Directors, the financial statements set out on pages 155 to 297 are drawn up in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial positions of the Group and of the Company as of 31 December 2018 and of their financial performances and cash flows for the financial year then ended. The Directors would like to draw your attention to Note 50. Given the ongoing regulatory investigations, any further adjustments/ disclosures, if required, would be made in the financial statements of the Group as appropriate when the outcome is known.
