44. Comparative figures
Prepaid lease payments relate to a leasehold land which was acquired in 2013 and is, in substance, an operating lease. Such leasehold land is
reclassified in current year from property, plant and equipment to prepaid lease payments to reflect the nature of the transaction. Accordingly,
the comparative balances have been restated to conform with current year’s presentation as disclosed below.

45. Event subsequent to the end of the financial year
On 18 February 2015, Gleneagles Development Pte Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a Share Purchase
Agreement and Share Subscription Agreement to acquire and subscribe to 51.0% equity interest in Continental Hospitals Limited, for a total
consideration of INR2,818,830,000 (equivalent to RM166,731,000). The consideration was satisfied by cash payment and the acquisition was
completed on 23 March 2015. As at the date of this report, the Group is in the midst of performing the purchase price allocation exercise on this
acquisition.
