The Directors have pleasure in submitting their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Company for the financial year
ended 31 December 2014.
Principal activities
The Company is principally engaged in investment holding, whilst the principal activities of the subsidiaries are as stated in Note 46 to the financial
statements. There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities during the financial year.

Reserves and provisions
There were no material transfers to or from reserves and provisions during the financial year under review except as disclosed in the financial
statements.
Dividends
Since the end of the previous financial year, the Company paid a first and final single tier cash dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share amounting to
RM163,500,000 for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 on 16 July 2014.
The Directors have proposed a first and final single tier cash dividend of 3 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2014,
which is subject to shareholders approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
